Returns – Hassle-Free Process

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.


Important Policy on Size Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges.
Please carefully review our size charts before placing your order, as all sales are considered final regarding size selection.


Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@primepeakhaven.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We do not accept returns on clearance, final sale, customized, or promotional giveaway items.

  • Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

  • Size-related issues are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Items returned in a condition other than new (worn, washed, damaged, missing packaging) may result in a partial refund or no refund based on inspection.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A partial refund or refusal may apply if the returned item does not meet our eligibility standards.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@primepeakhaven.com.
We will prioritize resolving the issue for you at no additional cost, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
